Do I Have To Source Paint & Materials Or Do You?
We have fantastic trade discounts at all major suppliers; from Farrow & Ball to Crown. Simply let us know which colour you have in mind and we can source it for you. Alternatively, if you already have materials, we can work with what you have!
If I Tidy Up Before You Arrive Will My Quote Be Cheaper?
Yes! As this saves us labour time moving and repositioning furniture and cleaning up before starting you can benefit from a reduced rate evident in your quote.
Do You Charge For Callouts?
Absolutely not - we are pleased to say that all callouts within our specified service areas are free of charge. We are confident in the services that we can provide to you, so let us have a look at the job and we will provide a free and accurate quote!
Which Brands Do You Work With?
We usually work with Crown as we prefer them for their quality and service, but we are open to using your preferred supplier of choice! Simply let us know which colour you prefer from a colour brochure and we will get it matched in a timely manner.
What Payment Methods Do You Accept?
We accept BACS transfer and cash. We very rarely get offered a cheque, but we can accept that too!
What Experience Do You Have?
I am a fully qualified painter and decorator with over 12 years of experience working for commercial and residential clients. We are committed to ongoing training and investment into our business, so whenever we upgrade tools we seek to learn everything there is to know about how they operate before using them on a job. I am also happy to have received the title 'Apprentice of the year 2013' when studying at Fife College!
Are You Insured?
We are indeed. We have full professional indemnity and public liability insurance as well as general business insurance!
What Areas Do You Cover?
Working mostly in Fife & Edinburgh, we also cover all surrounding areas within reason! Unsure if we cover your area? Contact us and we can discuss the finer detail!
